One to one coaching sessions

 

To book your one to one private online coaching session. Email the Zenability Coach, agree a date and time for your coaching session, then purchase this product for each confirmed session. 

Refunds: A full refund will be issued if the Customer notifies the Zenability coach via email at least 3 days before the session date.

Wellness Life Coaching Agreement

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Coach will provide life/ wellness coaching services to the Client to support personal and/or professional development.

2. Services

The Coach agrees to provide life coaching sessions focused on areas such as goal setting, personal growth, mindset, and accountability.

  • Session Format: FaceTime Phone Calls

  • Session Length: Each session is 40 minutes

  • Total Number of Sessions / Frequency: The Client books each individual session as and when required, whether that be a session on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Coaching Fee: £25 per session

  • Payment Method: Via Zenability website purchase

  • Payment Schedule: Due before each session / Paid in full upfront

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 3 days notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 3 days notice may be forfeited and charged in full.

  • The Coach reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law or in cases of potential harm to self or others.

6. Responsibilities

  • The Coach will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help the Client achieve their goals.

  • The Client is responsible for implementing actions, decisions, and outcomes resulting from coaching sessions.

  • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement begins on the date above and continues until the completion of the agreed sessions or until terminated by either party with 3 days’ written notice.
No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. The Client agrees that the Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the coaching relationship.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom

10. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions or understandings.
